Online products and products on request
The ChemFun catalogue may include two basic product handling modes: online purchase or quotation request. This allows standard products to be handled through the cart, while products requiring confirmation are handled through B2B contact.
Products available online
Products with an active price and the option to add them to the cart can be ordered directly through the online store. The user then proceeds through the cart, delivery selection, payment and checkout.

Some products require confirmation of price, availability, packaging, quantity or transport conditions. In such cases, the correct path is to send a B2B enquiry.

How does payment work?
For products handled through the cart, available payment methods are shown during checkout. For products on request, payment terms are confirmed individually as part of B2B handling.

For products handled through the cart, online payment via Przelewy24 is available when this method is active for a given order.
Traditional bank transfer
Traditional bank transfer is used for selected B2B orders or after individual confirmation of fulfilment terms.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery applies to selected products and delivery methods when this option is active for a specific order.

Delivery depends on the specific product, packaging, quantity and order parameters. For chemical products, some deliveries require prior confirmation of fulfilment terms.
InPost
InPost delivery applies to orders for which this method is active and compatible with the product, packaging and shipment parameters.
DPD
DPD courier delivery applies to orders for which this method has been activated and is suitable for the specific product.
Personal pickup
Personal pickup applies to orders for which this fulfilment method has been confirmed as available.
Delivery to be agreed
For larger quantities, non-standard packaging or selected products, delivery terms are agreed individually.
